Role in the platform

The stack is the moat.

Allencrest Technology LLC is the in-house technology function for the Allencrest platform. It owns integration, data, and portfolio-level software designed so that each acquired property runs on the same guest-facing and back-of-house rails — and so that lenders, investors, and operators see one consistent source of truth across acquired assets.

We favor best-of-breed third-party systems (HotelKey PMS, Virdee kiosks, revenue-management tools) and build thin integrations and portfolio-level dashboards on top. We do not attempt to replace proven hospitality software; we make it work as one system.

Layer 1

Guest experience

Self-service arrival kiosks, mobile check-in, digital keys, ID verification, and in-stay guest services. Powered by Virdee and integrated with HotelKey.

Back of house

PMS, housekeeping workflow, maintenance ticketing, revenue management integration. HotelKey as the central system of record for each property.

Portfolio intelligence

Unified reporting across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, comp-set, QA, PIP status, and P&L. One dashboard for owners, operators, and lenders.

Design Principle

Buy the commodity. Build the edge.

Hotel PMS and RMS systems are commodity software with decades of investment behind them. Rebuilding them is wasteful. The edge comes from integration — connecting those systems, layering portfolio-level analytics, and making the data usable by every role in the organization.

Third-party vendor relationships. All systems and software are subject to vendor licensing agreements, brand requirements, and lender covenants. Deskless hotel technology (self-service kiosks, mobile check-in, digital keys) is industry-standard technology offered by multiple vendors. Allencrest integrates and configures these systems; it does not own the underlying technology. Any system or vendor relationship may change based on business needs, brand requirements, or vendor availability.

Third-party trademarks (HotelKey™, Virdee™, and others) are the property of their respective owners. LP interests in Fund I are offered only through the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum and Limited Partnership Agreement, and only to verified accredited investors.
